M&E Engineer
Role Overview
As an integral part of our service and maintenance team, you will be responsible for planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive servicing, and compliance checks across a variety of systems. You will work on a wide portfolio of commercial and residential projects, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities (Both Roles)

Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical or electrical systems.

Fault-finding, repair, and servicing of plant equipment, including:

For Mechanical Engineers: HIUs, pumps, PU units, and related systems.
*
For Electrical Engineers: lighting, distribution boards, control panels, and safety systems.
*
Ensure full compliance with health and safety and statutory regulations.
*
Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time.
*
Participate in an on-call rota (1 week in every 4) to provide emergency support.
Essential Requirements
*
Fully qualified with a recognised trade apprenticeship (electrical or mechanical).
*
Minimum 5 years’ relevant industry experience.
*
Experience in commercial and residential maintenance.
*
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
*
Ability to work independently and to a high professional standard.
*
Full UK driving licence.
