Commercial Manager
Join a fast-growing business and play a key role in driving commercial success. Imperial Recruitment is looking for a dynamic Commercial Manager to support our project delivery and finance teams, ensuring strong commercial performance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage monthly valuations and Cost Value Reconciliations (CVR)
* Place and oversee subcontract orders
* Review and negotiate contract terms (NDAs, warranties, etc.)
* Liaise with project and finance teams on budgets and spend
* Oversee monthly Work In Progress and key contract debtors
* Conduct site visits where appropriate
* Identify and manage contractual risks
* Support operations with practical commercial advice
* Drive cost control and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified QS or similar (Construction/Electrical background preferred)
* Strong Excel and job management system skills
* Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis
* Commercial awareness in fast-paced, complex environments
* Comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels
