Static HVAC Engineer – Guildford (Critical Setting)

We are seeking a highly competent and reliable Static HVAC Engineer to join our team in Guildford. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of HVAC systems within a critical setting, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all occupants.

What You'll Do:

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a range of HVAC systems, including:* Chillers, air handling units, VRF systems, and other HVAC equipment
* Ensure optimal operation and efficiency of systems

Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC problems
Carry out repairs and installations of HVAC components and systems
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Work independently and as part of a team
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (1 in 4)
What You'll Need:

A proven track record as an HVAC Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience
A strong understanding of health and safety regulations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
F-Gas certification
Experience working in a critical environment (hospital, data centre, etc.) is highly desirable

Competitive salary of up to £40000 per year (depending on experience)
Monday to Friday working hours (8am – 5pm)
