A fantastic, well established and growing main contractor are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team. Based on projects in and around Hampshire, the Site Manager will be joining a really great team and environment working on super prime and high end projects. The Site Manager will be number one on site running projects up to £5m for high net worth client.

The role:

* Running a project from £500k to £5m

* Reporting into the visting Project Manager

* Managing sub contractors and client

* Seeing projects out from start to finish

The candidate:

* Experience in high end housing ideally for a main contractor

* Presentable in front of a client

* Lives within Hampshire/ Dorset areas

* Looking for a company they can progress with
