Architect
We're currently working with a respected architectural practice based in the Newark area, who are looking to welcome a talented Architect into their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a design-focused and technically proficient Architect to take the next step in their career within a progressive and collaborative studio environment.
The practice is involved in the delivery of large-scale industrial, commercial, logistics and infrastructure-led developments across the UK. With a strong pipeline of repeat business and a longstanding reputation in the sector, they offer both stability and scope for growth.
Applications are encouraged from Architects at all stages of their career, including those operating at Project Lead or Associate level. What matters most is your enthusiasm, technical insight, and commitment to high-quality, client-driven design.
Architect Position Overview
Lead projects from initial concept through to completion on site, with responsibility for managing design quality, programme, and delivery
Act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
Contribute to project delivery across a range of industrial and commercial typologies, including distribution, energy, transport, and mixed-use sites
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, providing support and guidance to colleagues when required
Produce and coordinate detailed drawing packages using Revit on a daily basis
Ensure that projects are compliant, well-documented, and meet the client's aspirations and deadlines
Architect Position Requirements
ARB registered and/or RIBA Chartered Architect
Strong Revit skills essential
Previous experience working on industrial, logistics, or commercial schemes is advantageous
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Highly motivated with a proactive attitude and strong organisational abilities
Based within commutable distance of Newark
Architect Salary & Benefits
Salary Bracket: £38,000 to £50,000 + (DOE)
