Are you a qualified Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA) seeking a fully remote role with flexibility and career growth? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading multi-disciplined company looking to expand their team with an experienced Commercial Energy Assessor.

Key Requirements:

NDEA certification
Proficient in using SBEM software for non-domestic energy assessments
Familiarity with identifying and addressing overheating risks in building designs
Strong knowledge of energy efficiency standards, building regulations, and sustainability practices
Able to work autonomously and manage tasks in a remote setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsThe Role:

Home-based position with flexible working hours
Conduct energy assessments for a range of non-domestic (commercial) properties
Produce clear, detailed reports with energy performance evaluations and recommendations for improvements
Liaise directly with clients to provide expert advice and support
