Position: Estimating Coordinator
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time, 8:30am – 5pm, Office Based

What You'll Do:
As an Estimating Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our projects, bringing precision and enthusiasm to the estimating process. Your responsibilities will include:
Track and update the progress of all tenders from enquiry to submission
Maintain and update the central tender schedule, project tracking logs, and client contact databases
Maintaining and updating our estimating database to reflect current costs and market trends
Organise and minute internal and external meetings
Liaise with other departments to share information and gather feedback related to ongoing tenders
Supporting the team with administrative tasks related to estimating
Conduct credit checks for new clients and circulate findings
Act as the point of contact for all estimating-related administrative queries and support needs
Who You Are:
We're looking for someone who is not only skilled but also embodies a positive, can-do attitude! You will thrive in this role if you have:
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
A full driver's licence is required
