Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction planning through to final delivery. You’ll manage teams, liaise with clients, and ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery across a range of construction projects.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
· Lead project teams including site managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
· Ensure all health & safety regulations and company policies are adhered to.
· Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
· Liaise with stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and local authorities.
· Conduct site visits, risk assessments, and progress meetings.
· Prepare project reports, forecasts, and handover documentation.
· Review tenders
· Place order for long lead time items

Requirements:
– Proven experience in the construction industry
– Strong analytical and mathematical skills
– Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
– Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Excel),
– Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
– Knowledge of take-off software such as Blue Beam-REVU or similar is essential.
