We are currently recruiting for a skilled and proactive Site Manager to lead high-quality building projects in and around Exeter. This is a temp to perm opportunity for an experienced professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional work and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites

* Coordinate tradespeople, materials, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow

* Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and health & safety standards

* Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members

* Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining project momentum

Requirements:

* Previous experience managing residential or commercial builds

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently

* Excellent time management and organisational skills
