As Senior Site Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day operations on this flagship housing development, reporting into an experienced Project Manager and playing a key role in driving site delivery, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities of Senior Site Manager

Take full responsibility as Senior Site Manager for the on-site delivery of a 100-unit timber-frame scheme.

Manage subcontractors and site teams, ensuring programme milestones and H&S standards are met.

Liaise closely with the Project Manager on performance, costs, and risk management.

Ensure timely procurement of materials, maintaining productivity across site activities.

Maintain high levels of quality and customer satisfaction throughout.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative site culture.
