Architectural Technologist

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our clients team, with a focus on delivering complex and rewarding healthcare projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead project delivery, contribute to meaningful design work, and collaborate within a supportive studio environment.

You’ll be working across all stages of the project lifecycle, with a particular emphasis on technical delivery. If you're confident managing projects, highly proficient in Revit, and familiar with the demands of healthcare design, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role:

Lead the technical development and delivery of healthcare projects from early stages through to completion

Produce coordinated and accurate technical drawings and detailed construction packages using Revit

Manage consultant coordination and attend client, contractor, and site meetings

Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations

Support planning, tender, and construction processes, including site inspections and technical queries

About You:

Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience, including job-running responsibility

Demonstrated experience working on healthcare projects (NHS or private sector) preferable

Strong proficiency in Revit is essential

Clear understanding of UK Building Regulations and healthcare design requirements

Confident communicator, highly organised, and capable of managing workload across multiple projects
