1 x SITE MANAGER REQUIRED IN SALISBURY (SP4)
Construction & Fit Out Recruitment Specialists Kingston Barnes Ltd are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to work in Salisbury (SP4).
FULL DETAILS =
Positions Available = 1 x Site Manager.
Start Date = 30th June or 7th July 2025.
Project = Working on a New Build Educational Building.
Parking = Parking on site.
Pay Rate = £280 paid per day.
Required Duration = 1 Years Work.
Experience & Qualifications = You MUST have a valid SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid At Work and a Fire Marshall Certificate.Those with Temporary Works Tickets will be beneficial but it is not required.
This role will involve working as a number 2 for the Project Manager, managing the construction teams and sub-contractors on the build of a new Educational Building. Must have a great experience and a strong ethos in the following expectancies:
1. Project Planning and Co-ordination.
2. Health and Safety Management.
3. Quality Assurance.
4. Communication and Liaison.
5. Documentation and Reporting.
6. Handover and Commissioning.
