Operations Manager – GBIS & ECO4 scheme

You will be responsible for coordinating technical surveys and retrofit assessments as well as installer workflows, and ensuring all activities meet scheme regulations.

The role:

To lead the daily operations and performance management of GBIS and ECO4 installations.
Ensure the smooth and successful delivery of retrofit projects from initial assessment through to final lodgement.
Coordinate scheduling and oversee the quality of technical surveys and retrofit assessments, ensuring adherence to PAS 2035 and relevant scheme standards.
Liaise with Customers to keep them engaged and informed during the process.
Support and schedule installation team
Ensure compliance with scheme documentation
Manage small team for 4-5 including installers & office support staffHours: Monday to Friday

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in delivering ECO schemes (ECO3, ECO4, and GBIS).
In-depth knowledge of retrofit standards, especially PAS 2035:2023 and RdSAP methodologies.You will likely have held a similar position with an installer such as; Installation Manager, Operations Manager, Customer Service Manager
