Architectural Technologist
Bennett & Game are currently working in partnership with a Manchester studio that are a highly respected and award-winning global architectural practice. With international studios, including three based in the UK our client has built a strong reputation across a range of sectors, from residential and mixed-use to commercial and urban regeneration.
The Manchester office, now home to 65 team members, is recognised for its collaborative, delivery-focused approach and is currently leading on some of the region's most exciting regeneration and BTR schemes, including a £200 million masterplan and high-density residential developments. The team is now seeking talented Architectural Technologists who are technically minded and confident communicating directly with clients and consultants.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative studio culture, enjoys producing high-quality technical packages, and is confident working through later RIBA stages. Strong Revit proficiency is a key requirement.
Architectural Technologist Salary & Benefits
Competitive salary (£30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience)
23 days' holiday + bank holidays, with studio closure between Christmas and New Year

Architectural Technologist Job Overview
Permanent, full-time role based in Manchester
Use of Revit on a daily basis for producing and reviewing technical drawings
Contributing to project work across all RIBA stages, with a focus on 3-5
Client and consultant liaison, including project coordination and delivery support
Working as part of a creative, multi-sector team within a well-resourced global studio
Opportunities to work on large-scale residential, workplace, and regeneration projects
Architectural Technologist Job Requirements
Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent
Minimum 2 years' professional experience
Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows
Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and technical standards
Experience working on technical delivery
Strong detailing skills and ability to contribute to drawing packages
Confident communicator and team player, ideally with some project running exposure
