Site Manager – Shop Fit Outs – Bristol 

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for an upcoming shop fit-out project in Bristol. The successful candidate must be confident running fast-paced retail fit-outs from start to finish, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all on-site activities and subcontractors.

Oversee health & safety compliance and site documentation.

Ensure timely delivery of works in line with drawings and specs.

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the project team.

Maintain daily reports and progress updates.

Requirements:

SSSTS or SMSTS (SMSTS preferred).

Valid CSCS Card.

Previous experience in managing shop fit-out or retail refurbishment projects is essential.

Strong organisational and leadership skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
