You’ll join a collaborative and experienced team, supporting the successful delivery of multiple schemes while building the skills to progress into full project management.
The Role
As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in day-to-day project delivery, assisting with on-site coordination, health & safety, logistics, and reporting. You’ll have the chance to work on a variety of projects, gaining hands-on experience and developing your leadership capabilities in a supportive environment.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in fit out or construction (5+ years preferred)
* Strong on-site knowledge and understanding of project delivery processes
* Confident communicator with a proactive and organised approach
* Comfortable working with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors
* Keen to develop into a Project Manager role with the right guidance
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and project documentation tools
* Practical mindset and able to adapt to changing site needs
