LA Careers is proud to be partnering with a long-established principal contractor to support their recruitment for an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of a new-build medical centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile healthcare project, working with a reputable contractor known for quality, collaboration, and successful project delivery across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the full construction lifecycle of a new medical centre

* Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely, on-budget delivery

* Ensure compliance with contracts, health & safety, and quality standards

* Liaise with the client and stakeholders, providing regular progress updates

* Resolve issues, manage risks, and drive the project to successful completion

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager

* Strong background in main contracting; healthcare project experience preferred

* Confident managing teams and subcontractors across complex builds

* Excellent communication and commercial awareness

* Familiarity with JCT contracts

* Full UK driving licence
