Senior Quantity Surveyor

A new client to Sphere, are looking to employ a Senior Quantity Surveyor with immediate effect.

The successful candidate will oversee Commercial elements of city centre Residential scheme, valued at £30M. It consists of 104 units for a prominent housing association.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor within Housebuilding or Residential, a solid understanding of JCT Contracts, strong Commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, ability to work independently / within a team, and excellent written / verbal communication skills.

Degree level qualifications are essential, whilst RICS or CIOB membership would be an advantage.
