A respected construction business is looking for a dedicated Quality Manager to help drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards across its operations. This is a national, site-focused role with a strong emphasis on Central England.
Working closely with the Internal Audit Manager, you'll be responsible for conducting internal audits, identifying gaps in processes, and implementing effective solutions that support business performance and compliance.
Responsibilities

Deliver and support internal quality audits across operational and compliance areas

Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, processes, and procedures
*
Prepare concise audit reports with clear, actionable recommendations
*
Identify non-conformances, risks, and areas for improvement
*
Track and support the implementation of corrective actions
*
Drive a culture of quality assurance and continuous improvement
*
Contribute to the internal audit plan and wider business assurance strategy
Requirements
*
Qualified Lead Auditor (essential)
*
Experience within construction (essential)
*
CQI membership (Associate, Member, or Chartered)
*
Strong audit experience, ideally within the construction industry
*
Skilled in assessing risk, controls, and compliance frameworks
*
Excellent communicator with the confidence to influence at all levels
*
Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
*
Comfortable working across multiple sites, with national travel
