Are you an experienced or aspiring Estimator looking for a long-term role in a tight-knit, well-established company offering flexibility, autonomy, and genuine stability?

This is a great opportunity to join an established SME offering full project ownership, support where needed, and a no-nonsense, flexible working environment.

The company has been operating successfully since for over 20 years delivering specialist solutions across a range of projects. They're now looking for someone to take full ownership of the estimating function, including client liaison, pricing, and tender submissions, with the potential to stay involved through to project delivery if desired.

You'll be supported with training on products, clients, and software, and you'll work alongside an experienced team including a draughtsman. The company values experience over qualifications, and they're open to both seasoned professionals or someone earlier in their career with the right mindset.

This role would suit an Estimator looking for long-term security, flexible hours, and the freedom to manage their own workload without micromanagement or corporate layers.
