Site Manager

Our client is a reputable construction company who are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a project based in Paddington

The role requires a Site Manager for an office refurbishment. Main scope of work will consist of strip out, refurb and fit out.

Skills and Requirements:

Valid Black CSCS Card
Valid SMSTS and First Aid qualification
Proven experience as a Site Manager on a similar project
Ideally experience working on projects in the value of £800K – £2m.
Experience working on commercial projects
Good communication and leadership skills
Working references – essential
