Job description

• Minimum 2/3 years’ experience
• BOHS P402 qualified

Core Responsibilities:
• Management & Refurbishment/Demolition Asbestos Surveys
• Sampling in accordance with HSG264
• Report writing/accurate data uploading. (Alpha Tracker/Teams)
• Advising clients of asbestos liabilities and management protocols

To be successful in this role you will:
• Be prepared to work nationwide – Commercial and private domestic properties
• Be adaptable, courteous, organised, and self-motivated – prioritising workload accordingly
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills
• Hold a full clean driving licence
• Have or be prepared to apply for police clearance and positive vetting clearance

Remuneration Package:
• Competitive salary £34,000 to £38,000 depending on skills and experience
• Paid travel – Door to door.
• Overtime
• Annual car allowance £4.6k + mileage allowance
