We are working with a prominent and forward-thinking company in the modular construction and engineering sector. They are currently looking to bring a talented MEP Technician into their expanding team.

This is a unique opportunity to join a company that designs and delivers high-performance modular and relocatable buildings across multiple industries, offering consistent innovation and technical excellence.

As an MEP Technician, you will be responsible for:

Producing detailed 2D and 3D CAD designs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Integrating systems such as HVAC, power distribution, solar energy, and plumbing into modular buildings, gatehouses, and rail equipment buildings (REBs).
Ensuring full compliance with current safety standards and regulatory codes.
Collaborating closely with customers to understand project needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Working with internal manufacturing teams to ensure designs are delivered accurately and efficiently.
Conducting detailed calculations to support design and installation specifications.We are looking for an MEP Technician who has:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and ideally experience with Revit or SolidWorks.
A sound understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems design.
A relevant qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related discipline.
Excellent communication skills, with a detail-focused, professional approach.
The ability to manage their time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously.What They Offer:
