Mechanical Shift Technician
Are you a skilled Mechanical Technician looking for a challenging new role?
A leading facilities management provider is seeking a Mechanical Shift Technician to join their team on thier clients site in the Norfolk area. This is a full-time, permanent position, working a 7-day roster (37.5 hours per week).
You'll be responsible for the safe and efficient maintenance of mechanical services and equipment within the hospital. This includes reactive repairs, fault finding, servicing, commissioning, and planned preventative maintenance to ensure the buildings infrastructure remains highly efficient, safe, and reliable. You'll also help manage work requests outside of normal hours and play a key role in developing health and safety systems.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a recognised engineering apprenticeship or structured training program (ideally to HNC level), along with proven experience in a similar environment and a sound understanding of Mechanical Building Services. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
