Key Responsibilities

*

The mechanical Project manager will lead mechanical aspects of M&E projects from tender through to completion and final handover, ensuring all works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

*

The mechanical Project manager will collaborate closely with Senior Project Managers and Project Directors, reporting progress and escalating risks where necessary.

*

The mechanical Project manager will oversee and manage contractors, consultants, and suppliers to drive project performance.

*

The mechanical Project manager will support junior project team members and contribute to the wider success of the project delivery team.

*

The mechanical Project manager will ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance is maintained across all project stages.

Skills & Experience Required

*

The Mechanical Project Manager must have strong background in Mechanical Engineering with a proven track record as an M&E Project Manager on major projects valued between £3M–£5M.

*

The Mechanical Project Manager needs to have ability to lead projects across the full lifecycle, from pre-construction to handover.

*

The mechanical Project manager will have experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders.

*

The mechanical Project manager will be able to work independently while supporting wider team goals—proactive, organised, and accountable.
