Our client, a respected Tier 2 main contractor with a strong pipeline of residential work across London, is seeking an experienced Fit Out Manager to join their team on a new build residential scheme located on Old Kent Road, SE1.

The Role:
You will be responsible for overseeing all internal works from 1st fix through to final handover, ensuring quality, programme, and safety standards are maintained throughout. Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll coordinate with subcontractors, manage internal trades, and play a key role in delivering high-quality units on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate internal fit out trades from 1st fix to completion

*

Ensure works are delivered to the required quality standards and programme

*

Attend and contribute to progress and coordination meetings

*

Liaise with site team and subcontractors to resolve on-site issues

*

Maintain accurate records and ensure health & safety compliance at all times

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Fit Out Manager on similar residential schemes

*

Strong understanding of construction sequencing and technical fit out details

*

Ability to manage multiple trades and drive programme

*

CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications required
