Client Information

Our client is a reputable Main Contractor with a strong portfolio of industrial projects across the North West, typically ranging up to £20 million in value. With a reputation for delivering complex schemes on time and to budget, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of a major upcoming development.

Roles and Responsibilities of a Project Manager:

* Act as the Number 1 on-site, managing the project from pre-construction through to handover.
* Lead all site operations, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and the site team to ensure efficient delivery.
* Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards.
* Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, including the client and consultants.
* Drive programme, cost, and quality performance across all phases of the project.

Requirements of a Project Manager:

* Proven experience in a Project Manager role, delivering industrial or commercial projects up to £20m.
* Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
* A track record of running projects independently as Number 1 on-site.
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications.
* A proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving and site management.
