Fabric Engineer

Description

Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on building fabric systems.
Inspect property structures and address any identified issues promptly.
Assist in the installation and upkeep of fixtures, fittings, and finishes.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure property standards are met.
Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and report any defects or concerns.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing duties.
Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner.

A successful Fabric Engineer should have:
