Freelance Design Manager (Site Based in Ipswich, Suffolk)

This position is crucial for the success of our project, requiring in-person collaboration with the team required for 3 to 4 months.

You will be working on a mixed commercial & residential project of 60 new properties and a new-build sports hub and leisure centre.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct a tracking exercise related to RFIs (Requests for Information) raised on the project.
Collaborate closely with the Senior Design Manager, providing support throughout the design process.
Requirements

Proven experience in design management.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
White CSCS card and relevant professional and academic qualifications.
