Project Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a respected multidisciplinary consultancy based in London. This is an ideal role for a Project Manager looking to grow within a collaborative and professional team delivering high-quality services across a range of sectors. As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in the delivery of cost and project management commissions, contributing to the ongoing growth of the business.

The successful Project Manager will support senior team members on a variety of commissions, ensuring services are delivered to the highest standards and aligned with client expectations. Working across multiple projects, the Project Manager will be involved from initiation through to completion, managing processes, monitoring performance, and supporting wider business development efforts. As a Project Manager, you will be encouraged to work towards chartership (APM / CIOB / RICS), with full support provided.

The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will support the successful delivery of project and cost management services across a wide range of commissions. Responsibilities include establishing effective systems and processes, monitoring progress and key performance indicators, managing documentation and change control, and preparing clear written communications and formal reports.

You will liaise confidently with clients, contractors and design teams, acting as a professional ambassador for the consultancy. The Project Manager will also contribute to business development activities such as bid preparation, attending networking events, updating marketing materials and supporting corporate initiatives.


The Project Manager

To ideal Project Manager will have:

A degree in a relevant subject such as Project Management, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a consultancy or client-side project management role

Working knowledge of project delivery processes, cost management, and reporting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A clear commitment to achieving professional chartership with APM, CIOB or RICS

The ability to manage time and tasks efficiently, ensuring quality and profitability
