Senior Quantity Surveyor

A 30 year old, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working across a diverse portfolio of projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s role

Joining their London office, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a QS team of 6 who are working on a broad range of infrastructure, transport, office, residential, and mixed use schemes – using both JCT and NEC contracts.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead multiple projects, pre and post contract, whilst also carrying out some project management and contract administration duties.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

* Ideally MRICS / Chartered

* JCT and NEC contract experience

* A proven track record of working across a variety of projects

* UK PQS / Consultancy experience

* Solid pre and post contract knowledge

* Comfortable carrying out EA/CA and PM services
