About the Role
Due to sustained growth and new project wins, the company is looking to recruit an experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to support both pre-construction and live project delivery. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility between office, site, and home working.
You’ll be involved in tender pricing, cost planning, budget management, and providing commercial support throughout project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed estimates and cost plans across multiple sectors

Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
*
Monitor and manage budgets from tender through to final account
*
Produce valuations, variations, and final account documentation
*
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure commercial efficiency
*
Conduct site visits and attend pre-construction meetings

Requirements
*
Previous experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
*
Strong understanding of fit-out, refurbishment, and new build projects
*
Knowledge of both traditional and design & build contracts
*
Excellent commercial and contractual awareness
*
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
*
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
*
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
*
Full UK driving licence
