About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and driven M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our London-based team. This role is pivotal to the successful delivery of major construction and fit-out projects, providing expert cost advice on all mechanical and electrical elements from early concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver M&E cost estimates, budgets, and full cost plans across a range of projects

* Provide procurement advice and support contractor selection for M&E packages

* Undertake value engineering, risk analysis, and lifecycle cost reviews

* Monitor and manage M&E costs throughout project lifecycles

* Support contract administration, interim valuations, and final accounts

* Collaborate closely with design teams, engineers, and project stakeholders

* Maintain high standards of documentation, reporting, and client communication

About the Requirements

* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline

* Proven experience in a consultancy or client-side environment with an M&E focus

* Ideally chartered or working towards RICS or equivalent professional body

* Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems within commercial construction

* Skilled in cost planning, value engineering, and financial reporting

* Excellent client-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills

* Sector experience in commercial office fit-outs, mixed-use developments, or data centres is desirable
