Join a well-established, family-run signage company where your skills and attention to detail truly matter. We're looking for a hands-on Sign Manufacturer & Fitter to produce and install a range of high-quality signs across the South.

From eye-catching lightboxes to precision-fit architectural graphics, you'll play a vital role in bringing our clients visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacture and install a wide range of signage, including internal and external signs, lightboxes, and large-format graphics.

Accurately interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise placement and installation.

Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently.

Uphold the highest standards of quality and finish in both production and fitting.

Work to deadlines without compromising on craftsmanship.

Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace to a high standard.

Follow all health and safety protocols during installation work.

Represent the company professionally on-site, providing outstanding customer service.

Skills & Experience:

Experience as a Sign Maker/Fitter or in a related role (vehicle and architectural wrapping experience is desirable).

Strong understanding of sign-making processes, materials, and installation techniques.

Confident in reading and working from technical drawings.

Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.

A valid CSCS card is preferred.

Experience with illuminated/electrical signage is advantageous.
