Maintain version control and ensure compliance with internal and client protocols
Act as the point of contact for all document queries and updates
Work closely with site teams, consultants and subcontractors to manage document flow

Help implement consistent processes across multiple projects as the business grows
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience working as a Document Controller in the construction industry
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage workload independently
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling technical documentation
Clear, confident communication skills – this is key to succeeding in the role
Collaborative approach – someone who enjoys working with others and supporting a team
Proactive mindset with a high level of accountability
Familiarity with document control systems (e.g. Viewpoint, Asite, Aconex or similar) is beneficial
What's On Offer:
Permanent position within a growing, forward-thinking main contractor
Competitive salary and full benefits package
Supportive team culture and clear career path
Opportunity to help shape and improve internal systems
Long-term stability and exposure to a wide mix of London-based projects
