Job Title: Electrical Contracts Manager
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £60K – £65K + Package

The Role:

*

Responsible for managing and delivering all Electrical aspects of residential projects.

*

Ensuring all RAMS and site safety plans are project-specific and implemented to the highest standard.

*

Procuring materials and appointing subcontractors while ensuring all works comply with project drawings and specifications.

*

Maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring all deliverables are met in a professional, timely, and cost-effective manner.

*

Managing contract variations and change instructions, and submitting accurate interim valuations aligned with project progress.

*

Identifying and resolving technical and on-site challenges effectively.

*

Preparing and presenting monthly internal contract reports and key financial performance indicators.

Currently employs around 75 direct staff and 70 subcontractors.

Annual turnover of approximately £28 million.

*

Projects range in size up to £4.2 million.

This position is a result of continued business growth and contract wins.

The Ideal Candidate:

*

5+ years of experience in an Electrical Contracts Manager or Project Manager role.

*

Proven background in delivering residential electrical projects up to £5 million in value.

*

Holds a Black CSCS Managers Card; SSSTS/SMSTS and HND/HNC qualifications advantageous.

*

Able to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines under pressure.

*

Strong communication and leadership skills.

*

Willing to travel to project sites as required.
