Pre-Construction Manager – Structural Subcontractor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join a leading structural subcontractor delivering major projects across London and the South East.

We’re looking for someone with strong technical understanding and commercial awareness, who can lead early engagement on complex structural packages.

Key Requirements:

Up to 10 years’ experience in construction or engineering roles (some flexibility either side).

*

Structural subcontracting background strongly preferred (RC frame, steel, concrete, etc.).

*

Solid understanding of tenders, methodologies, planning, and pre-construction programming.

*

Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

*

Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

Role Highlights:

Involvement in the full pre-construction process from tender to handover.

Working closely with estimating, planning, and operational teams to secure and set up successful delivery.

Location: London (with some flexibility)
