Managing Quantity Surveyor Remuneration
* Salary: £65,000 – £75,000

Managing Quantity Surveyor Duties
* Managing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with quotations and applications
* Coaching Quantity Surveyors on variations and final accounts
* Monitoring risk registers and recovering contract costs to drive profitability
* Preparing financial reports and enhancing commercial processes
* Developing negotiation skills and collaborating with Project Managers, Engineers, and Commercial teams
* Adhering to ISO standards and company policies
Managing Quantity Surveyor
* Previous experience or qualification in Quantity Surveying
* Full clean UK Driving Licence
* Knowledge of contract law including NEC 3 & 4 (Options A, C & E)
* Experience capturing site records for variations and valuations and supporting project teams
* Subcontract management experience
