Project Coordinator
CJS Recruitment are looking for Project Coordinators to join a Construction firm in Southeast London who specialise in the supply and installation of ceramic wall and floor tiling, natural stone, vanity tops and mosaics.
Due to substantial growth within the Company, a Project Coordinator is required in order to assist the current team on a permanent basis and play a vital role in the success of upcoming Projects across the Commercial Sector.
The successful candidate will be involved but not limited to the following:
* Organising contracts, projects, invoices, financial files and reports
* Developing the best project strategies as well as coordinating project activities
* Assisting and taking responsibility for troubled projects
* Attending meetings, coordinating meetings as well as diligent notetaking
* Leading multiple large and complex projects running simultaneously
* Working well with other leaders and senior leadership to obtain necessary resources
* Evaluating and finding the solutions to potential problems during implementation.
* Managing team members to keep a smooth workflow, keeping on top of team goals, project schedules and any new job information that arises
* Serve as a liaison between contractors, engineers, clients and architects
The ideal candidate will be extremely well organised, exceptional time management skills, as well as a great eye to detail and great communication skills. This individual must be able to juggle multiple jobs that run simultaneously, be a great team player and know how to prioritize efficiently.
Experience within commercial/ fitout related work is preferred, work within stone masonry and or joinery is a bonus.
