With three active sites located in the heart of Leeds, this role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Senior Design Manager on all current live projects.

Responsibilities;
Assist in the coordination and management of design processes across multiple projects.
Support the Senior Design Manager in the development and implementation of design strategies.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet project specifications and deadlines.
Review project plans and documents to identify potential issues or discrepancies.
Participate in design meetings and contribute to discussions on design developments and modifications.
Assist in the preparation of design reports and documentation for project review and approval.
Support the management of design-related correspondence and documentation to ensure clarity and completeness.
Maintain an understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant regulations that impact design.
Help facilitate communication between design teams and site teams to ensure seamless execution of plans.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the design management process.
