Your Next Role

As a Quantity Surveyor on our team, you'll play a vital role in overseeing the financial aspects of delivering our Capital Housing investment projects. Your expertise will guide procurement strategies, ensuring we achieve maximum value for every pound spent.You'll be responsible for gathering and analysing cost data, transforming it into reliable benchmarks that support informed decision-making. Based in our Kensington office, you'll collaborate with a driven and supportive team, all working together to deliver high-quality outcomes and exceptional value.

What you need:

We bring a dynamic, results-driven approach to our work-so whether your background is in the public or private sector, we're open to your experience. What matters most is your ability to manage the financial and commercial elements of planned and investment works with confidence and precision.
You'll be expected to produce accurate cost estimates and review tender submissions from service providers, subcontractors, and suppliers. A degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc) or a closely related field is essential. While MRICS qualification (or working towards it) is desirable, it's not a deal-breaker.
Strong interpersonal skills are key-you'll be leading junior members of the commercial team and helping them grow. A solid grasp of construction contracts and a clear understanding of health and safety regulations are also crucial for success in this role.
