Fabric Engineer

Role: Fabric Engineer

Location: South Coast

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

Salary & Package: Up to £35,000, Van, Fuel Card, Uniform

Duties will include:

Day-to-day delivery of maintenance works
Fabric maintenance including carpentry, joinery, basic plumbing, basic electrical, painting, decorating and other tasks
Reactive and fabric PPM maintenance
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations

What are they looking for?

Proven experience in building services maintenance
Experience working within a commercial environment
Previous experience working as the Fabric Engineer within the FM sector
Full UK Driving Licence
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
Excellent communication and customer service skills
