We are working on behalf of a well-established, privately owned Security, Fire, and Electrical contractor delivering high-spec projects across the commercial, M&E, retail, and healthcare sectors. With an expanding footprint across London and the Home Counties, they are now seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead their growing construction division.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the daily operations of the construction department, ensuring smooth delivery across multiple projects

Provide strong leadership to site and project teams, promoting a high-performance culture

Develop and implement efficient operational processes, KPIs, and best practices

*

Monitor project delivery, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

*

Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting across construction activities

*

Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align construction efforts with overall business strategy

*

Uphold compliance with all health & safety regulations and industry standards

*

Utilise platforms such as Monday . com to track progress, milestones, and resources

*

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and external stakeholders

What We're Looking For

Strong operational leadership background within the construction or property sector

Proven track record in managing teams, budgets, and multiple concurrent projects

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you know how to bring people together

Commercial awareness and a strategic mindset

Proficiency in project planning tools and performance monitoring systems
