Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a rapidly expanding, forward-thinking company specialising in high-quality fire protection solutions for major projects across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.

Known for delivering exceptional service, innovation, and safety, they work across commercial, industrial, and public sector builds.

Due to continued growth, they're looking for an experienced and driven Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team and support the successful delivery of high-value projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and tender documentation

Oversee valuations, cost reporting, re-measurements, and final accounts

Collaborate with project teams, clients, and estimating departments

Monitor project budgets and manage change control processes

Identify and mitigate commercial risks

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company standards

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years' experience in Quantity Surveying (fire protection or construction industry preferred)

Strong understanding of various contract forms (JCT, NEC, etc.)

Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Firestopping experience is a distinct advantage
