💵 What's in it for you?
• Salary: £60,000 – £70,000
• Bonus: Profit share scheme (circa 20 – 30% of base)

🛠️ Your Role
• Lead on diverse commercial building surveying instructions
• Involvement in TDD, project management, contract admin, dilapidations & more
• Tailor your focus – let us know if you prefer a bias in a certain direction as the role can be tailored

✅ What You’ll Need
• MRICS qualified
• Associate-level experience (or ready to step up from Senior)
• Broad commercial surveying background
• Collaborative mindset + strong communication skills
