Electrical Site Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee operations at our construction site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Site Manager will coordinate all site activities, manage resources effectively, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Duties
* Oversee daily site operations and ensure that work is carried out safely and efficiently.
* Manage project timelines, ensuring that milestones are met and any delays are addressed promptly.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
* Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and incident logs.
* Implement health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
* Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
* Utilise Civil 3D software for planning and design purposes as required.
Experience
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
* Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Familiarity with construction processes, methods, and regulations.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges that may arise on site.
