Electrical Foreman / Supervisor

Connect Grp UK are recruiting for a Working Foreman/Supervisor on behalf of our client, a leading M&E company based in Essex. We are looking for an experienced individual with a strong background in commercial electrical works and site supervision to join a small yet dynamic team. The role offers excellent benefits, including a company van, fuel allowance, and pension contributions.

The role will ideally suit someone who is wanting to gradually come off the tools with a desire to progress into project management. Typically the projects undertaken will be across London and the surrounding counties.

This is a PAYE position.

40 hours a week + overtime.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a working Supervisor in the electrical sector.

Strong understanding of electrical systems and regulations.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Relevant certifications and qualifications in electrical installations.

Flexibility with working hours as nature of the work is commercial installations within live buildings.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate electrical projects on-site to ensure timely completion.

Manage and supervise a team of electricians and other trades personnel.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety standards.

Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Maintain accurate records of work and report on project status to management.
