📍 Office: Central Manchester (with regional travel)
Our client is a dynamic, privately-owned Building Surveying and Project Management consultancy delivering meaningful, community-focused projects across the UK.
They’re now looking for a Building Surveyor with 2–3+ years of experience to join their Manchester office, supporting a busy and varied pipeline across residential (assisted living), care, industrial, and commercial sectors.
🛠️ Current & Live Projects Include:

Refurb of 32-bed care home into 16 assisted living apartments
Construction of 19 new build bungalows
Conversion of a warehouse into 7 assisted living apartments
Hospital-to-residential conversion: 6 assisted living apartments
Office refurbishment 
6 smaller projects (across the North and Bristol)
Ongoing technical and condition surveys 🔍 What They’re Looking For:

3+ years of Building Surveying experience
A broad BS background – including contract admin, refurb, and survey work
Confident running your own projects and managing client relationships
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
Strong communication skills and a proactive, independent approach 🤝 What You’ll Get:
