Electrical Qualifying Supervisor
Blueprint Recruit are recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced 2391 Qualified Electrical Working Foreman to take on the role of NIC EIC Qualifying Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee a team of electricians on-site, ensuring that all electrical works comply with the relevant regulations and standards. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on commercial and residential projects, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and safety are maintained at all times.
We are recruiting on behalf of a M&E contractor near Wakefield but working thoughout Yorkshire and the north of England, specialising in Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and residential developments. Salary
45k anual salary
40 hours – Monday to Friday – Paid Overtime .

Required Qualifications & Experience:
* 2391 Qualification (Inspection and Testing)
* NIC EIC Qualifying Supervisor status or the ability to gain it.
* JIB Gold Card (preferred)
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations is essential
* Qualified to an NVQ level 3 Electrical Installation, and AM2 is essential.
* Full UK Driving License. With own transport,
* Experience with high-end residential projects.
* Knowledge of building and construction codes within the Yorkshire region.
* Previous experience working with larger construction companies or managing large-scale projects
* Own tools, in good working order and proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade.
* Ability to read technical documents and blueprints accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage a team of electricians on site including apprentices.
* Ensure compliance with NIC EIC regulations and standards.
* Oversee electrical installations, testing, and inspections on commercial and residential projects.
* Perform regular site audits to ensure work is being completed to specification and on time.
* Provide guidance and support to electrical teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Maintain accurate records of all work completed, ensuring documentation is up to date.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed on site.
* Strong command of English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with team members and stakeholders
