Job Title: Construction Manager
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 + Car Allowance DOE
Location: National Projects – Fully Expensed Travel

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-funded national contractor who are delivering projects across the UK for a tier 1 contractor and developer client base including selected projects being delivered as principal contractor. Projects can include; student accommodations, hotels, apartments & housing.
You will support the Construction Director to help drive progress on site and be responsible for construction programme management & creation, accurate reporting, materials management, sub-contractor oversight and client relations. Unlike many companies in their sector, this business is not restricted to supply and install contracts. With an entrepreneurial leadership team, this contractor has the diversity to work as sub contractor (supply and install) through to full turn key main contractor – so you can expect a variety of projects and opportunities!
We would welcome conversations with Construction Managers who:
Have a background across the offsite/MMC sector (Timber Frame, LGSF or Modular)
Are able to manage teams of Site Managers across multiple sites
Can read from construction drawings and provide technical feedback
Will be willing to travel Nationally for projects when required
Hold valid CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid certificates
